From instrument maintenance to comprehensive restorations, even for antique instruments.

My fine arts studies, and above all years of restoration work, have given me solid grounding when confronting the most difficult challenges. And when dealing with contrabasses, these challenges can be quite large! I always look to study quite carefully the best solutions for each case presented to me. I must inspect the composition of the varnish, the height of the strings preferred by the musician – and this includes carefully calculating the height of the bridge and the angle of the neck, the fingerboard curvature that best matches the playing technique and the repertoire as well as a great deal of other elements.

Instalo elas com ou sem fechos, nas posições que o cliente desejar. É possível fazer extensões até o Si, sendo a mais comum até o Do.
